Eddgra Fallin Announces Her Candidacy

(HUNTSVILLE)---Eddgra Fallin officially declared her candidacy for Madison County Commission District 4 today. Fallin, a candidate for the upcoming November 3rd election, is no stranger to her community. A graduate from local Lee High School, and Fisk University in Nashville, TN, Eddgra has always taken an active interest in helping others. In 2004, she ran for Huntsville City School Board while also being a charter member, ordained deacon, and elder at Fellowship Presbyterian Church.

“At our core, I believe a shared desire to make life better for all connects every one of us, even if we disagree on how to achieve this goal. Hence, I have come to realize that the community needs and deserves a leader who is not afraid to, well, lead,” stated Fallin. “As a taxpayer, your vote is your voice! And I pledge to be the taxpayer's voice on the Madison County Commission and not a rubber stamp for the status quo and dogmatic politics which has underserved our community.”

Mrs. Fallin has stated that, if elected, she will seek to improve infrastructure by “ensuring that all of our routes in Madison County are safe and able to accommodate current and future traffic patterns.” She also plans to push for adequate essential services by the city in regards to fire, police, and post offices. Lastly, Eddgra has stated that her campaign seeks to provide common sense and transparent solutions to local government.

“Both of the Madison County Commission Meetings are held in person and online at 10:00 am. That simply isn’t feasible for many of our citizens who want to attend. My goal is to ensure that 1 of those two Madison County Commission Meetings are held at 6:00 pm to accommodate taxpayers who aren't able to attend or view meetings online during the day or mornings,” stated Fallin. Eddgra’s campaign is set to kick off on September 7th via various digital platforms.
